By accessing the ZETEO™ portal, users (Students, Teachers, and Administrators) agree to abide by these terms. This portal is intended for educational use only within an institutional setting.

Users acknowledge that ZETEO™ is a managed environment. To maintain academic integrity:

• Input Restrictions: Users agree not to attempt to bypass the sandbox to copy-paste external unauthorized content.
• Monitoring: Students acknowledge that their writing process (not just the final product) is visible to their instructors via the Analytics Dashboard.

AI tools within ZETEO™ are “Thought Partners.” Using these tools to generate entire assignments without personal synthesis (resulting in a “Red” Integrity Score) may be subject to individual school academic honesty policies.

Users may not use the portal to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.

• Student Work: Students retain ownership of the original content they create.
• Portal Rights: ZETEO™ retains all rights to the proprietary analytics engine, the “Magnifying Glass” UI, and the Lesson Generator algorithms.

ZETEO™ provides tools for integrity verification; however, final grading and disciplinary decisions regarding academic honesty remain the sole responsibility of the educational institution.
