Sub-Processors
Zeteo Education, Inc. uses a small number of trusted third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to deliver our Services. Each sub-processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement that requires them to protect Personal Information consistent with our commitments to schools and students under FERPA, COPPA, and applicable state student data privacy laws.
This page is updated as our vendor relationships change. Material changes will be communicated to school customers in advance.

What Sub-Processors Do Not Do
No sub-processor is permitted to use student data for advertising, train AI models on student data, sell student data, or share student data with parties outside of Zeteo’s instructions. These restrictions are written into our agreements with each sub-processor.
Section 02
Notification of Changes
Zeteo notifies school customers in advance of any material change to this list, including the addition of new sub-processors that will process student data. Schools have the right to object to material changes per the terms of their service agreement with Zeteo.
